Founded since 2012, CSFF, short for “Chaktomuk Short Film Festival“, is the first short film festival in Cambodia which promotes and rewards quality and creativity. The origin of this festival dated back to the predecessor of SFA, namely Kon Khmer Koun Khmer (4Ks). Although this collective was dissolved in late 2017, the new one, SFA has anonymously relayed this torchlight for Cambodian film communities, ever since.
